When you submit an enquiry, the form requests your full name, email address, physical address, proposed brand name, business type, products or services, service selection and applicant domicile. It also allows a company name, optional brand-logo file and additional message. We receive the information you choose to submit. Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver the website and protect against spam.
How information is used
Information is used to assess and respond to enquiries, determine the requested service, communicate about possible engagement, maintain relevant business records, address disputes and comply with applicable law. If a matter is accepted, relevant details may be shared with the responsible U.S.-licensed attorney and service providers necessary to perform the agreed work. We do not describe your enquiry as a client relationship before a matter has been accepted.
Hosting and service providers
Our static site is hosted by Netlify and the enquiry form is processed through Netlify Forms. See Netlify's privacy policy for its processing practices. If a separately approved payment provider is introduced, its identity and payment privacy notice will be provided before checkout. This website does not currently collect card details or operate a payment checkout.
Sensitive information and security
Do not submit passports, payment-card numbers, account passwords, medical records, confidential legal strategies or other sensitive materials through the initial enquiry form. No internet transmission or service can be guaranteed completely secure. For accepted matters, your attorney will provide instructions for any documents needed for filing.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries and related records are retained as needed to respond, administer an accepted service, resolve disputes and meet legal or professional requirements. Applicable periods depend on the circumstances and the responsible service provider. You may request access, correction or deletion of information by using the contact form, subject to legal and professional recordkeeping obligations. The policy does not create rights beyond those granted by applicable law.
International enquiries
Because U.S. trademark services can involve applicants in other countries, information may be handled by service providers and attorneys in different jurisdictions, including the United States. Applicable privacy rights and transfer requirements depend on the customer's location and the providers involved.

We may revise this policy when services or processing practices change. The version displayed on this page applies to the website at the time of your visit.
