Services and scope

Lexorielle Law accepts enquiries for preliminary trademark word research and U.S. trademark registration matters. An enquiry or use of this website does not create an attorney–client relationship, establish a filing date or reserve a trademark. A matter is accepted only after review and confirmation in a written engagement agreement with the responsible service provider or attorney.

The agreement for an accepted matter identifies the actual contracting entity, responsible attorney where applicable, work included, fees, and any additional charges. If the written agreement conflicts with general website descriptions, the specific agreement governs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Trademark Word Research — $149

The displayed $149 price covers preliminary federal word-mark research for one proposed name and a written summary of selected USPTO references. It is not a comprehensive search of state records, common-law use, domain names or all sources, and it is not a legal clearance opinion. A search cannot guarantee that a mark is available, registrable or free of third-party rights.

Trademark Registration — $449 attorney fee

The displayed $449 attorney fee relates to registration application work within the agreed scope. For accepted filing matters, a qualified U.S.-licensed trademark attorney handles the legal work and USPTO submission. The attorney's identity, license status, scope of representation and engagement arrangements are confirmed before work begins. The stated fee does not include government fees, extra classes, responses to USPTO office actions, appeals, oppositions, maintenance filings or other work unless expressly included in the written agreement.

A foreign-domiciled applicant must be represented at the USPTO by a U.S.-licensed attorney. Applicants must provide accurate owner, domicile and goods or services information; inaccurate statements can affect the application.

USPTO fees and payments

The USPTO base application filing fee is currently $350 per class for a qualifying application. The applicant pays USPTO fees separately, as agreed before filing. An initial one-class application combining the displayed $449 attorney fee and $350 base filing fee totals $799; additional official or service fees can apply. Verify the current government fees on the USPTO fee page before payment.

Client information and consent

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, proposed marks, owner names and addresses, and truthful descriptions of actual or planned goods or services. Do not submit confidential information through the initial website form. The responsible attorney may request further information and authorization before a filing. No filing is made solely because a form is submitted or an estimated price is displayed.

Cancellation and refunds

See the Refund Policy before paying. If you cancel before any service work begins, the Lexorielle Law service fee is refundable. If work has started, the portion of the service fee not earned for work actually performed is refundable, subject to the written engagement agreement and applicable law and professional obligations. Once an application fee is paid to the USPTO, the government fee is generally nonrefundable. A refusal or rejection does not itself entitle the applicant to a government-fee refund.

No guarantee and independence

The USPTO, not Lexorielle Law, determines whether an application registers. We do not promise approval, a specific examination timeline, exclusivity in all business categories or the absence of opposition. Lexorielle Law is a private service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the USPTO. Public trademark examples shown on the website are research references, not client testimonials or proof of an attorney–client relationship.
